There are no more Covid-19 restrictions.

Due to the high incidence, we continue to waive room cleaning to protect you and our staff and offer it every 3rd day. If you still wish to have cleaning, please feel free to let the front desk know.

We still recommend wearing a mask.

 

Basic and maintanance cleaning with MICRO DRY STEAM SYSTEM:

The corona pandemic has caused a rethink.

It is not longer enough just to care about cleanliness and removing dust and dirt. Nowadays it is about hygienic cleanliness to protect our health from viruses and bacteria. Due to this fact, we have changed our cleaning methods and our cleaning equipment and are now cleaning not only all guest rooms but also all public areas, restaurant and meeting facilities with micro dry steam. This is superheated or saturated steam that is heated up to 200 ° C!
With the power of the heat, viruses are thermally inactivated and germs - even the most stubborn MRSA germs - are greatly reduced and killed.

And an additional positive aspect, the surfaces - even sensitive ones - are still protected.
Especially those guests who suffer from different allergies will be happy about this type of cleaning in a hotel!

Chemical-free, sustainable cleaning and disinfection, great savings in water and avoidance of plastic, CO2 and chemicals in wastewater.

Due to Covid-19 safety and hygiene standards, we want to reduce the contact between our housekeeping staff and our guests to a minimum as possible. Due to this fact we offer the cleaning of a guest room every 3 days.

Check-In | Check-Out

We prefer to have a contactless check-in und check-out procedure.

Ideally, please use HotelBird's digital and contactless self check-in! Simply download the Hotelbird App from the App Store and set it up on your phone. You can receive a digital key on your mobile phone before you arrive and open all doors with your smartphone!

Protective Screens

Protective screens against spitting have been installed at our reception and bar areas so that you can feel safe.

Even if we are not to shaking your hands, we look forward to welcoming you with a smile in our eyes.

Disinfectant

Sufficient disinfectant/sanitiser  is available for you in our public areas.

Intensive Room Cleaning

Intensive room cleaning with stricter hygiene measures and additional disinfection of the usual touch points such as light switches, door handles, remote controls, keycards, lift buttons, water taps and toilets.

Rebooking

We ask guests suffering from colds not to travel. Until further notice, your booking can be changed and rebooked for a later date within the next 12 months.

We have consistently trained our entire staff on all requirements in dealing with COVID-19. All of the measures for your safety developed by DEHOGA, the federal and state governments will of course be taken into account by us.
