Safety & Hygiene - Together against COVID-19

It is compulsory for our guests and staff to wear a mask (face covering) in all public areas and restaurants. Guests can remove face covering when seated at a table of course.
Please note the ongoing rules for behaviour and social distancing, with a minimum distance of 1.5m.

Free changes to bookings:
Until further notice, you may change your existing booking free of charge and rebook for a later travel date within the next 12 months.

Check-In | Check-Out

As far as possible, we have a contactless check-in and check-out procedure. Even though we are not able to shake hands, we look forward to welcoming you with a smile in our eyes.

Protective Screens

Protective screens against spitting have been installed at our reception and bar areas so that you can feel safe.


Sufficient disinfectant/sanitiser  is available for you in our public areas.

Intensive Room Cleaning

Intensive room cleaning with stricter hygiene measures and additional disinfection of the usual touch points such as light switches, door handles, remote controls, keycards, lift buttons, water taps and toilets.


We ask guests suffering from colds not to travel. Until further notice, your booking can be changed and rebooked for a later date within the next 12 months.

No Hygiene Charge

Even though official regulations generate significant extra costs, we do not charge a hygiene fee. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer any price reduction for the herbal steam sauna being closed.


Our fitness area is currently closed due to the corona restrictions. We hope to be able to open the fitness area again soon.


Our lift may only be used together by guests who are sharing the same room.

Breakfast Buffet

Our breakfast buffet is now served primarily on an individual basis and a la carte. To ensure social distancing, we ask you to make a reservation for our breakfast service on arrival.

One-Way System

A one-way system has been introduced in our public areas and restaurants to prevent  "two-way traffic".

Food or Drinks Menus

We ask for your understanding that, currently, we are unable to provide comprehensive food or drinks menus in paper format.

We have fully trained our entire staff in all the requirements surrounding CIVID-19. All safety measures worked out by DEHOGA, and the federal and state governments, have been taken into account for your safety.
Please help us in making sure that these are effectively implemented throughout the hotel's premises.
